Sirinya.
Sirinya Coffee is a family-run farm in the hills of Chiang Rai. Founded by Oil and Goh Chaosuwanwilai, it’s built on a commitment to local communities and a precise, sustainable approach to growing coffee. The region has shifted dramatically over the past few decades, once a centre of opium production, it’s now a growing force in specialty, with coffee driving long-term, positive change.
This natural process lot blends Bourbon, Caturra and Catimor varietals. Cherries are selectively picked, then slowly dried in full sun on raised beds. The result is a fruit-forward cup - tropical, sweet, and clean - that reflects both the farm’s careful practice and the rise of northern Thailand as a specialty origin.
Aromatics up front, syrupy through the finish. This coffee shows what happens when farming knowledge meets careful processing.
